To create your own unique Picot Blanket, you can use as many colors as you like. Keep in mind the number of stripes in your chosen size and plan accordingly for the number of colors you want to use and their placement.

The size chart below provides a guide to the number of yards of yarn needed for each size. To determine the amount of yarn needed per color, multiply the first yard listed in the chart by the number of stripes per color.

For a single solid color, simply use the second yard listed in the table.

Before beginning your project, it's always a good idea to check the gauge with a sample to ensure that the size will be just right.
