Flowy and Fun! Learn How to Crochet the Spun Sugar Cardigan

Today we're working on the Spun Sugar Cardigan, a beautiful lightweight sweater perfect for the warmer days ahead!

The cardigan is light, lacy, and airy... and very easy to sew! Let's make two lace "panels" and cleverly join them together to create an open, flowing front...so much fun!

Let's talk a bit about sizing... the cardigan is made by crocheting two long panels, like two shawls.

You can make the finished sweater/panels any length you want just by working more pattern lines! Cut, waist, hip, knee, or even floor length if you wish!

Knee length is shown. The circumference of the sweater is determined by the width of the panels; we can adjust this by adjusting the multiples of the stitch pattern (see multiples below).

The cardigan should be worn loose and flowy, so when you measure it, add a little more to get that nice, airy feel.

Get ready to crochet your way into a beautiful, airy cardigan that's perfect for those warmer months!
