1. Flashlight
Punch a hole in the center of the lid. Insert an “M8x13” ring into the hole and screw it in with a nut. Epoxy, a dyed strip of galvanized steel around an antique 24-ounce bottle. Insert the battery candle into a jar; add the lid.
2. Place setting
Insert a folded napkin or tissue along with your silverware into a 16-ounce glass jar. If it's a larger event with reserved seating, add a seat card to the top.
3. Coasters
If you have some spare mason jar lids around your house but have nothing to do with them, why not turn them into great coasters? First, you will need to gather the lids together and place them face down on the adhesive backing off the cork shelf.
Draw around the lids with a pen and then cut out the circles. Then remove the back of the cork circles, secure them inside the lids and open a cold one.
4. Flowerpot
Cut flower-patterned fabric into 1/2-inch strips and glue inside a 16oz regular mouth jar with Mod Podge. Fill it with flowers and it will be the most delicate decoration for your backyard! This could be an amazing centerpiece as well.
5. Birdfeeder
To make this craft, paint three wooden balls with white acrylic paint. Hot glue the rim of an antique 24-ounce bottle. Fill the jar with birdseed and carefully turn it over on a plate of bread and butter.
6. Herb garden
Freshly grown herbs are not only a healthy addition to home-cooked meals, but they also double as decoration when placed in pots and on sunny window sills or shelves.
