Energizing oranges match early risers
Early risers are usually full of energy from the moment they wake up, so your bedroom should reflect your energetic and proactive nature
The best color palette for early risers would be bright and refreshing. Warm, sunny colors like soft yellow and tangy orange can make the environment cozy while radiating positive energy.
These bright, sunny colors match the individual's sleep style and increase their vibrant morning motivation, ”explains Lucy.

Relaxing neutrals for night owls
Neutral tones have a calming effect for those who stay up late while the world around them sleeps.
"Since overnight stays prefer to rest and are more productive at night, they need a color palette that promotes freshness and serenity during the day to ease their waking hours and help them relax at night," says Lucy.
"A night owl's bedroom color palette should focus on creamy nudes like beige, ecru, and light pastels like soft pink."

Shades of gray to calm deep sleepers
If you are a sound sleeper and are not easily bothered by external factors, you are probably in a deep sleep. 'Deep sleepers tend to wake up well-rested, so the color scheme of the room should reflect a peaceful but stimulating environment.
This will help them shift their body functions from total relaxation to a gentle wake-up routine, ”explains Lucy. “A room of soft grays and bright whites will provide a quiet start to the day. Complement these neutral tones with other soft yet luxurious hues, such as smooth, elegant gold, to give your room a sense of opulence and comfort.'
