DIY Outdoor Firewood Rack

For this new project, I will show you how I made this Western Red Cedar Outdoor Firewood Storage Rack.

The roof and overhang will keep the firewood dry.

And with an open concept, a lot of air will get in if necessary for drying.

Things I Used in This Project

  • ISOtunes Bluetooth Hearing Protection
  • Tracksaw
  • Battery Operated Nailer
  • Miter Saw Stand Plan
  • Miter Saw
  • Table Saw Blade
  • Miter Saw Blade
  • Woodpeckers Speed Square
  • Random Orbit Sander
  • Cordless Jigsaw
  • Tufftex Roofing Material
  • General Finishes Stain
  • Wood Glue

Most of the project is made from western red cedar, however, I am starting to make the base and have made it with pressure-treated wood as it will be in direct contact with the ground.

I moved the wings on my miter saw and started cutting two slides for the base of my miter saw.
