Check your plumbing locations

Since this part is a functional vanity, it will have supply line connections and a drain trap.

Because of this, the drawers will need to be cut to fit around the pipe when closed.

In my case, I managed to leave the bottom drawer intact but had to cut the middle drawer and make the top drawer a fake just in case.

Before you build, you will need to check the location of the pipes to see how you will need to cut the drawers to fit properly.

You may also need to cut the bottom drawer or you may not have to cut any of the drawers.

The measurements I provide on the building plans will likely fit most standard plumbing applications.
