The Fluffy Merinque Shawl is an adaptation of the Yarnspirations baby blanket called the Fluffy Merinque Baby Blanket.
Laura Jean Bartholomew revised the baby blanket for exquisite stitches and turned the baby blanket into a shawl.

This is what she adapted to make this happen.
She cut the baby blanket in half to make a triangle. She removed the picots from the baby blanket to simplify the pattern at the end of the big jets.
She used Caron Cakes Yarn and crocheted the color that comes out of the ball. There is no color manipulation to force colors to appear.
The unique features that remain the same as the baby blanket are as follows:
She stuck with the big crochet sprays that are three dimensional.
She kept the central V-stitches for both the center of the shawl and the side edges for an even and consistent look.
