Materials:
- Plastic bottle (It could be a 20-ounce soda bottle)
- Two wooden spoons
- Sharpie marker
- Cutter
- Pair of scissors
- Floral wire

Instructions:
Step #1: With a pointed marker, draw a small circle on one side of the bottle about 4 inches from the bottom. Cut it (with a craft knife) and make sure the tip of the spoon fits snugly into the hole.
Step #2: Right in front of this hole cut a slightly larger hole (with a knife and scissors). Make sure the large end of the spoon can stay in the hole.
Step #3: Repeat this process about 2 inches from the bottom of the soda bottle, but use opposite sides of the bottle so that the spoons are at a 90-degree angle to each other.
Step #4: Fill the bottle with birdseed.
Step #5: Make sure to do this in an area where you can sweep up the clutter!
Step #6: Make a floral wire hanger and secure it to the top of the bottle.
Step #7: Screw on the cap and hang it in your favorite place.
